TVS Motor Company is acquiring 100% stake in Intellicar Telematics for Rs 15 crore. The transaction is expected to close by 31 December 2020.
Intellicar provides a one stop integrated IoT solution with fleet tracking, predictive maintenance and remote access solutions applicable to a wide range of vehicle types.
