Unijolly Investments Company announces change in directorate

With effect from 30 September 2015

Unijolly Investments Company announced that Harishchandra Prasad Kanuri has resigned from the Board of the Company and C. Kameswara Sharma and Kasu Prasad Reddy have been appointed as Non Executive Independent Directors on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 30 September 2014.
