Dewan Housing Finance Corporation acquires 50% equity stake in PAMC & PTC

Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that the Company has on 11 August 2015, acquired 50% (Fifty Percent) equity stake in Pramerica Asset Managers (PAMC), the asset management company of Pramerica Mutual Fund; and (ii) Pramerica Trustees (PTC), the trustee for the Pramerica Mutual Fund, from PGLH of Delaware Inc. (Prudential). Accordingly, PAMC and PTC have become joint venture entities of Prudential and DHFL.
