United Bank of India announces change in directorate

United Bank of India announced that Ashok Kumar Dogra, Deputy Secretary, Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance has been nominated as the Govt. Nominee Director of the Bank in place of Sri Mihir Kumar, Director u/s 9(3)(b) of the Banking Companies (Acquisition & Transfer of Undertakings) Act 1970 vide Notification F.No.6
