United Breweries announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 August 2015

United Breweries announced that with effect from 01 August 2015:

1. Shekhar Ramamurthy replaces Kalyan Ganguly as Managing Director of the Company.

2. Frans Erik Eusman has been appointed as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company.

3. Roland Pirmez has resigned from the Board of the Company.
