Va Tech Wabag allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Va Tech Wabag announced that the Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 07 July 2015, has allotted 33,682 (Thirty Three Thousand Six Hundred and Eighty Two Only) equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of options granted under ESOP Scheme 2010 of the Company to the eligible Employees.
