Vaibhav Global allots 1.70 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Vaibhav Global has allotted 1,70,190 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each on 18th June, 2021 to "Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust" under VGL Employee Stock Option Plan (As Amended) - 2006.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 32,64,15,760 consisting of 16,32,07,880 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each
