Valecha Engineering to hold board meeting

Valecha Engineering will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 November 2016, to consider conversion of outstanding Fixed Deposits into equity shares/schemes or other securities as approved by the shareholders, subject to approval of Regulatory Authority(s), Equity Shareholders and Fixed Deposit holders or to device suitable restructuring arrangements with the Fixed Deposit holders.
