Vedanta Ltd has lost 5.6% over last one month compared to 2.62% gain in S&P BSE Metal index and 2.75% rise in the SENSEX
Vedanta Ltd lost 1.19% today to trade at Rs 141.7. The S&P BSE Metal index is down 0.78% to quote at 9386.23. The index is up 2.62 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Jindal Steel & Power Ltd decreased 1.17% and Steel Authority of India Ltd lost 0.94% on the day. The S&P BSE Metal index went down 26.17 % over last one year compared to the 12.87% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
Vedanta Ltd has lost 5.6% over last one month compared to 2.62% gain in S&P BSE Metal index and 2.75% rise in the SENSEX. On the BSE, 2.31 lakh shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 9.79 lakh shares in the past one month. The stock hit a record high of Rs 214.25 on 17 Dec 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 125.7 on 22 Aug 2019.
