Venus Remedies reports standalone net loss of Rs 20.66 crore in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 28.33% to Rs 98.39 crore

Net loss of Venus Remedies reported to Rs 20.66 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against net profit of Rs 14.11 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 28.33% to Rs 98.39 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 137.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 92.53% to Rs 4.55 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 60.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 13.29% to Rs 449.75 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 518.69 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
