Vindhyachal Jabalpur Transmission sells equity shares to PGCI

With reference to the earlier letter dated 13 February 2015, regarding sale & transfer of equity shares of Vindhyachal Jabalpur Transmission held by REC Transmission Projects Company to Power Grid Corporation of India, Rural Electrification Corporation announced that, after receipt of approval, 50,000 equity shares of Vindhyachal Jabalpur Transmission have been transferred along with all assets and liabilities on 26 February 2015, substantially upon the terms & conditions as detailed in the Share Purchase Agreement.
