Welspun Corp standalone net profit rises 223.05% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales decline 11.94% to Rs 1212.02 crore

Net profit of Welspun Corp rose 223.05% to Rs 173.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 53.79 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales declined 11.94% to Rs 1212.02 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1376.34 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 273.73% to Rs 1002.11 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 268.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 9.66% to Rs 4507.07 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 4109.89 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
