Zensar Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 July 2015, approved the appointment of Sudip Nandy as an Additional Independent Director on the Board of the Company.

Sudip Nandy will be designated as Additional, Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company.
