Baron Cohen to join 'Alice in Wonderland' sequel

Actor Sacha Baron Cohen is in early talks to join the cast of "Through The Looking Glass", a sequel to Disney's 2010 movie "Alice in Wonderland".

He will essay a negative character but the details are still unknown.

Actors Johnny Depp and Mia Wasikowska are returning for the sequel which will be directed by James Bobin, reports variety.com.

Baron Cohen was last seen in "Les Miserables". He and Depp previously worked together in Warner Bros. film "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street".
