The national capital experienced a cloudy Monday, with the maximum temperature at 25.9 degrees Celsius, two notches above average, after a foggy morning. The weather is expected to be similar on Tuesday too, the met office said.
"Shallow to moderate fog would occur at many places on Tuesday morning and dense fog would be seen at isolated places. The sky is likely to remain cloudy for the rest of the day," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 26 and 11 degrees Celsius respectively.
