Congress releases manifesto for Delhi polls

Cyber cafes for students, cheap power for domestic consumers and waiver on inflated water bills are some of the promises made by the Congress Friday in its manifesto for the Feb 7 Delhi assembly polls.

Extension of Delhi Metro and concessional passes for students also figure in the manifesto, Part I of which was released by Delhi Congress chief Arvinder Singh Lovely.
