Delhi fire: Factory owner in judicial custody

A court here on Wednesday sent, to 14 days judicial custody, the owner of a plastics factory, where a major fire killed 17 persons earlier this month.

Manoj Jain was arrested on January 20, soon after the fire at a plastics warehouse in north Delhi's Bawana, which left the 17, including 10 women, burnt to death or asphyxiated.
