Goa Police have established contact with the woman journalist who has accused Tehelka editor-in-chief Tarun Tejpal of sexual assault, a top official said here Monday.
"The investigating officer has established contact with the victim," Deputy Inspector General of Police O.P. Mishra said at a press conference here.
The woman journalist, in her complaint to Tehelka managing editor Shoma Chaudhury, had said that Tejpal sexually assaulted her twice in an elevator in the Club House section of the Grand Hyatt five-star resort here during the news magazine's ThinkFest conference earlier this month.
