Kamani, Pillai for World 6-Red snooker

Vidya Pillai and Amee Kamani qualified to represent India in the World 6-Red Snooker Championship to be held in Karachi in August.

The pair was chosen on conclusion two rounds of selection trials here with Kamani finishing ahead of Pillai, who missed the second camp, in the overall standings.

The final standings: Amee Kamani 1, Vidya Pillai 2, Neena Praveen 3, Chitra Magimairajan 4, Judy Walia 5, Umadevi Revanna 6.
