Kejriwal calls special session over notification

The AAP government on Saturday decided to call a two-day special session of the Delhi assembly to discuss the centre's notification that stripped it of various powers.

"A special session has been called on May 26 and May 27 to discuss the centre's notification which has taken away power from the Delhi assembly," a government source told IANS.

The decision was taken in a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Saturday.
