Modi happy at Ujjwala beneficiaries crossing 2 crore mark

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday expressed his happiness at Ujjwala Yojana, which aims to provide LPG connections to poor families, having more than two crore beneficiaries in less than a year.

In a series of tweets, Modi said the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana is guided by a commitment to qualitatively change lives of poor women.

"Matter of immense joy and pride that the number of beneficiaries of PM Ujjwala Yojana has crossed 2 crore in less than a year!

"Ujjwala Yojana is guided by a strong commitment to bring about a qualitative change in the lives of poor women.

 

"I congratulate all beneficiaries of Ujjwala Yojana and those who are working round the clock to ensure its success", he posted.
