Sack Tripura minister for 'indecent behaviour', demands Left Front

Tripura's opposition Left Front on Monday demanded be sacked for "touching" his woman ministerial colleague in an "indecent manner" during Narendra Modi's rally here on Saturday.

The ruling dismissed the demand, while hitting out at the Left Front for "character assassination".

BJP Nabendu Bhattacharjee, however, said that the Left Front, after raking up non-issues against the BJP government, has now "started character assassination of BJP ministers on false and non-issue matters".
