Six die in China fire

Six people were killed in a fire in China's Qingyuan city Sunday, local authorities said Monday.

The fire broke out in a three-storey residential building in Shitan town, Qingxin district under Qingyuan at 4 a.m. Sunday, and was put out at around 5:45 a.m., according to the authorities in Guangdong Province, Xinhua reported.

All the victims were from one family.
