Vajpayee's birthday will be Good Governance Day
Former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee's birthday Dec 25 will be observed as "Good Governance Day", Prime Minister Narendra Modi told BJP MPs Tuesday.
A party MP said Modi also asked the MPs to highlight the work done by Bharatiya Janata Party governments in various states. Modi addressed the BJP parliamentary party here.
BJP president Amit Shah asked the MPs to step up efforts to recruit at least 10 crore members.
