1/3rd recruitment to J'khand police to be reserved for women:

Jharkhand police chief D K Pandey today said one/third of the recruitment in the state police department would be reserved for women.

Over 17,000 personnel, mostly for the post of sub-inspector and constable, would be filled up by the year end and one/third of them would be reserved for women, the DGP told reporters here.
