12 members of family injured in road mishap

Twelve members of a family were injured when their buffalo cart collided with a roadways bus near Deval village on Pauri-Delhi highway here, police said today.

The incident occurred yesterday when the victims were returning from Ganga Barrage after taking a dip in the river on the auspicious occasion of Karthik Purnima, they said.

Those injured were rushed to a hospital where some of them are in a serious condition.
