16 dead in rain-related incidents in Kerala: Minister

Torrential rains accompanied by gusty that lashed parts of for the past two days after the set in on May 29 has claimed

Meanwhile as rains continued, authorities said shutters of here would be opened if the water level touches maximum capacity.
