20 injured in vehicle pile-up due to fog

Over 20 people were injured in a massive pile-up of over 20 vehicles due to fog on the Bhilwara-Ajmer highway this morning, police said.

The incident occurred on the Bhilwara-Ajmer highway where one truck, one bus and other vehicles collided with each others early this morning.

Victims were taken to M G hospital where 16 people were admitted and rest were discharged after given primary treatment, police said.

In another fog-related incident, one bus hit Sukhadia circle here but no one got injured in the accident.

Meanwhile, an unidentified man was found dead in M G hospital premises today, police said today.
 

The deceased, a beggar, prima facie died due to cold, the police said, adding, that the body has been shifted to mortuary.
