Three men have been arrested for allegedly stabbing two persons to death after a quarrel in North West Delhi's Sultanpuri area, police said today.
Anoop alias Lakhan (21), Govind and Satish Kumar alias Sonu alias Soda (both aged 23) were arrested from near a public convenience unit in Sultanpuri, and a knife and blood- stained clothes have been recovered from them, senior police official said.
The trio had stabbed to death 32-year-old Babloo, a resident of Sultanpuri, and Ramesh alias Lambu (35) a resident of Sector-1, Avantika on last Saturday at their home, the official said. Both the deceased were pickpockets and drug addicts, he said.
"During interrogation, the accused disclosed that they had murdered both the deceased as they had slapped them," said M I Rizwi, Addl DCP-I, Outer District.
