30 members of divided families cross LOC in Poonch in J-K

Thirty members of divided families of Jammu and Kashmir and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) today crossed the Line of Control in a weekly bus service via Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point in this district.

Of these, 12 persons crossed over to PoK from Jammu and Kashmir, while 18 crossed over to this side from PoK, officials said.

From the Jammu and Kashmir side, two were freshers and 10 others were PoK returnees, who went back after staying here with their relatives, they said.

From PoK side, all were 18 PoK freshers, they said.

The officials of both the sides monitored the crossover exercise at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point, they added.
