4 booked under Gangster Act

Four persons accused of robbing people in trains have now been booked under Gangster Act in Shamli district, police said today.

The four accused identified as Ankit, Ankur, Vicky and Chintu are in jail in connection with robbing a RPF jawan on Delhi-Saharanpur train near Kandhla railway station in Shamli two months ago, they said.

All of them were yesterday booked under the Gangster Act, SHO of GRP police station, Ranjan Sharma said.
