4 held for poaching tiger in Assam forest

Four poachers were arrested today for allegedly killing a tiger in the National Park in district of Assam, forest officials said.

After questioning the arrested poachers, forest department officials recovered the tiger's skin and bones hidden underneath the ground.

All the poachers, who were arrested from the Rajiv Gandhi National Park, hailed from Data Somali under station area of district.
