4 held for taking bribe

Branch Manager of State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur Bhanu Prakash was caught when he was allegedly taking Rs 6,000 as bribe from a person in Bikaner district for raising limit of Kisan Credit Card issued in the name of his father, a farmer.

ACB teams also arrested Yogesh Kumar, a technical assistant in the electricity department in Ajmer, for allegedly taking a bribe of Rs 3,500, and a revenue official in Jhalawar, Rajesh Sharma, on the charge of accepting Rs 2,500 as bribe.

A Gram Sevak in Chittorgarh, Ramniwas Sharma, was nabbed for allegedly taking a bribe of Rs 1,500, they added.
