A 52-year-old Malaysian tourist was today killed when his bike collided with a mini-truck at JCT overbridge on National Highway-1, police said.
"The motorcycle which the victim, identified as Lehing Cheong, was riding ran into a mini-truck moving slowly at JCT overbridge on National Highway-1," SHO of City police station Paramsunil Singh Randhawa said.
Cheong, hailing from Penang state of Malaysia was among half a dozen tourists from the same country who were travelling from New Delhi to Attari-Wagah border on their motorcycles, the SHO said.

He was rushed to nearby ESI hospital where the doctors declared him brought dead, the SHO said, adding the body was shifted to Civil hospital for post-mortem.
All other tourists were safe, he said.
"Since today is Saturday, the Malaysian Embassy could not be contacted. But we have informed Chanakyapuri police station in New Delhi about the accident and also sent an e-mail to the Embassy," Randhawa said, adding "Cheong's family members were also being informed."
Meanwhile, mini-truck driver Sukhdev Raj was rounded up and his vehicle was impounded, he added.
