607 cops transferred in Ghaziabad

Over 600 policemen have been shifted in a reshuffle in the lower ranks in Ghaziabad district of Uttar Pradesh today.

Senior Superintendent of Police Deepak Kumar said that 607 head constables, constables and woman sepoys, who had enjoyed the same posting for three years, were transferred.

The reshuffle was carried out following an order from the Principal Secretary (Home) Debashish Panda.
