Bihar beat Maharashtra, enter semi-finals

Bihar notched up a comfortable 4-2 victory over Maharashtra to book their place in the semi-finals of the National Football U-18 Championship, played at Rosary Sports Complex in Navelim today.

Bihar emerged as of one of the underdogs of the ongoing championship for girls U-18, and have booked their place in the last-four with a second straight victory in the quarterfinals league.

They will next face formidable Manipur on Friday.
