BJP leader's grand daughter commits suicide

A teenaged girl, grand daughter of senior BJP leader and former Punjab health minister Sat Pal Gosain, allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself from a ceiling fan, police said today.

15-year-old Ritika was found hanging from the ceiling fan of her room in an apartment in Dugri road where she was living with her parents, police said.

According to family sources, Ritika, a class ninth student was upset over scoring less marks in a recent school examination.
