To remember the martyrs, the
'Banglar Manabadhikar Suraksha Mancha (MASUM)' today released a book on the occasion of 'International Mother Language Day'.
"We have decided to bring out an issue based on the survey of the situation at enclaves and exclaves in North Bengal districts of Coochbehar and Jalpaiguri and the response of people," a spokesman said.
"No language movement will be complete without projecting the aspirations of common people and we have seen the people of enclaves are even stripped of their basic rights," the spokesman said after releasing the book near Curzon Park where a memorial is built in memory of language martyrs.
