A 47-year-old businessman was stabbed to death in Nagpur city in the early hours of Thursday, police said.
Within hours, the police arrested the owner of a city-based security services agency for alleged involvement in the killing.
Rishi Khosla, resident of Byramji Town, was stabbed to death at Nelson Square here around 12.15 am, police said.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone 2) Vanita Sahu told PTI that Micky Bakshi, the prime accused, was arrested on Thursday morning, while another accused, Girish alias Nanu Dasarwar, was absconding.
Bakshi runs a security services agency, and he and his wife were going through divorce, the DCP said.

Probe revealed that Khosla, who was friends with Bakshi's wife, used to help her financially.
Bakshi therefore allegedly decided to kill him and gave the 'contract' to Dasarwar, she said.
Officials of Sadar police station called Bakshi and his wife for questioning and Bakshi allegedly confessed to hatching the conspiracy, the DCP said.
Further probe is on, she added.
