Catherine Zeta-Jones completes treatment for bipolar disorder

Oscar-winning actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has successfully completed a 30-day medical treatment programme for bipolar disorder.

The 43-year-old actress's husband Michael Douglas has confirmed that she will check out and head home to her two kids soon, reported Contactmusic.

"She comes home tomorrow. She's doing a really good job of getting balanced. I'm proud of her."

The "Chicago" star went public with her medical condition in 2012 after she entered a medical centre in Connecticut to combat a serious bout of depression and mood swings.
