Charlie Sheen misses daughters

Former 'Two and a Half Men' star Charlie Sheen has expressed love and desperation to see his daughters, Sam and Lola, on the micro-blogging site Twitter.

The 48-year-old actor, who has separated from his ex-wife and actress Denise Richards, claimed that she took his daughters and his sister, Eloise, on holidays so he could not see them over Christmas, reported Contactmusic.

"Hey Sami and Lola (and mellow-eeze) dad loves and misses you both more than I have words for!" he wrote.

Charlie's comments came a day after Denise retweeted a link to an article about the importance of the relationship between fathers and daughters.
 

"Fathers, Daughters and Learning Self-Esteem: A healthy father-daughter relationship is key," Richards tweet read.
