Cold conditions continued to prevail in Rajasthan today with Sikar being recorded as the coldest place in the state with a minimum of 6 degree Celsius.
Meanwhile, Bundi and Tonk received 2 mm and 1.6 mm rain yesterday. Jaipur and Sikar also received traces.
Sikar was followed by Sriganganagar at 6.6 degree Celsius.
Jaisalmer, Churu, Bikaner, Pilani, Jaipur and Ajmer recorded minimum of 7, 7.3, 7.5, 7.7, 9.8 and 11.4 degree Celsius respectively, according to Met department here.
Fog persisted in northern region, affecting train movements. 11 trains including New Delhi-Ajmer and Jammu Tawi-Ajmer express were running late.
The trains were late up to 4 hours 20 minutes, a North Western Railway spokesperson informed.
