Congress will publicise the development work undertaken by it in the constituencies of rebel MLAs after Harish Rawat took over as chief minister by putting up banners and hoardings in their areas.
A proposal to this effect was today passed in the monthly meeting of Congress' office bearers chaired by PCC Vice- President Abdul Razzak.
The party has also been conducting a foot-march campaign in rebel MLAs' constituencies to "expose" them.

PCC Vice President Jot Singh Bisht accused BJP of "conspiratorially" toppling an elected government and derailing the process of development in Uttarakhand.
Bisht said there was no justification for the imposition of President's rule in the state and alleged the political instability "created by BJP" has put up hurdles in the path of the state's development.
