Couple commits suicide after parents say no to marriage

Two young lovers allegedly committed suicide by hanging from a tree after they failed to get their parents' permission for marriage in Bhorakhurd village here today, police said.

22-year-old Rajnish, a Dalit, and 18-year-old Imrana, who belonged to different communities, went missing last night. Their bodies were found hanging this morning.

The bodies have been sent for post-mortem, police said.
