An upgraded, daily New Delhi- Ludhiana-New Delhi Shatabdi Express train service was today flagged off at Sangrur railway station by local MP Vijay Inder Singla.
The service launched today would be a daily one as opposed to the earlier train with its limited frequency of operation.
"This Shatabdi train, which will now run on a daily basis, is an effort to link Sangrur with other major cities in neighbouring states and within Punjab.
