The three-day annual desert festival here exhibiting the rich cultural heritage of the state starts tomorrow amid the majestic sand dunes of Rajasthan.
The annual fair attracts thousands of domestic and foreign tourists to the sand dunes and officials said preparations have been completed for it.
The fair which exhibits the rich cultural heritage of the desert state will begin with a colourful procession from Sonar Fort which will culminate at the Shaheed Poonam Singh Stadium after passing through Gopa Chowk, Jindani Chowk and Hanuman Choraha tomorrow, an official said.

The festival will host interesting events like Mr Desert and Ms Moomal competitions, moustaches competitions, turban- tying, tug-of-war, musical and cultural performances among others.
Folk artists will give performance during the festival which will end at Sam dunes on February 3, Assistant Director, Tourism Reception Center-Jaisalmer, Vikas Pandya said.
