AICC general secretary Digvijaya Singh today said he would approach police and file a defamation case against a Delhi-based person for posting an "objectionable and misleading" post against him on Facebook.
Singh, who is on the 'Narmada parikrama' at present, said one Paramjeet Chandok posted that the Enforcement Directorate unearthed properties worth Rs 4,000 crore from the house of his (Singh's) servant on March 5, stated a release issued by the office of the former chief minister.
According to release, Singh asked his lawyer Ajay Gupta to lodge a complaint with cyber police station and file a defamation case against Chandok.
Singh has also written a letter to Facebook's country head demanding to block Chandok's account.
