DMDK MLAs to contribute one-month's salary for J-K relief

DMDK today said its party MLAs will donate their one-month's salary towards relief activities in flood-ravaged Jammu and Kashmir.

The MLAs will make their contribution to Prime Minister's National Relief Fund (PMNRF), DMDK chief Vijayakanth said in a statement.

Earlier, Vijayakanth, whose party is an ally of the BJP, had announced contributing Rs 10 lakh to the PMNRF from his personal funds.
