A 35-year-old medical practitioner was arrested for allegedly molesting a 22-year-old woman under the pretext of "examining" her, police said today.
The incident happened on November 25 at the clinic of Avinash Patil, said sub-inspector K N Gaikwad of Thane Nagar police station, adding that he was apprehended last night and booked under section 354 of IPC for outraging modesty of woman.
