Domestic help hangs self in Joshi's servant quarters

A domestic help, who worked at senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi's residence, was today found hanging in one of the servant quarters located in the leader's residential premises, police said.

23-year-old Jivan Sanga, a native of Khodi district in Jharkhand, had been working at the leader's house for past one year. He had returned from Jharkhand a week ago.

Sanga's colleagues found his body hanging in his room this morning when he did not report to work at Joshi's house at 6.30 AM as usual, police said.

Police said they were probing the matter and suspected family problems to be the reason for Sanga's alleged suicide.
 

Sanga was not married and lived alone in the quarter, police said.
